Give me Wood or Give me Silverware

Jake and I celebrated our FIVE year Anniversary on Monday July 12th.

We had a wonderful Weekend enjoying each other's company as well as taking Samantha, Cameron and Logan to all of the fun festivities of "Farmington Festival Days".

Because our Anniversary was on a Monday we went out to dinner at Market Street Grill and saw Eclipse on Friday night. The food was amazing the best Fresh Sea Food you can get in Utah. And as for the movie, loved it. I loved the last Two Twilight books the best so I have looked forward to this movie and the last one sense the beginning.

On Saturday we went to the Farmington parade, and just like every year there was no disappointment. We got lots of candy, saw the Jazz bear and got to sit with some awesome friends in the shade. I have always loved parades, but this one is by far the best city parade ever.
After the parade we went up to Layton with my mom and dad as well as Aubrey and her family to see Toy Story 3. We all enjoyed the movie, but let’s just say that little Cameron loved the movie. Give him Grandpa or Preston his two favorite people ever, a thing of popcorn and buzz and woody, you will have one happy little camper.

As you can tell we had a wonderful fun filled five year anniversary weekend.
I didn't get wood the Traditional Anniversary gift or Silverware the Modern Anniversary gift, what I did get was an amazing husband whom I love more and more with each passing day. A man that promised, promised me five years ago to take care of me, to support me and all my wild dreams, to one day start a family with me (x3) to be there for me. He has fulfilled his gift to me each day as he works to support our family so I can stay home to raise our family.

I love you Jake and all you do for me. Thanks for an amazing five years.

P.S. Jake knows better than to not get a gift for me so he did give me a Dozen beautiful pink roses delivered with card saying "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY THANKS FOR THE BEST FIVE YEARS! As well as $ to get a pair of BOOTS that I am in love with thanks to Lala.

Sounds great and like a lot of fun. I think we are the only family who has not seen TS3. Oh, and I know how much those boots cost and I would like to say that they would buy you a plane ticket to come and see us. Love you.

Wahoo! You've been married five years and you have 3 kids! That is crazy! You are a great mom D. And you are a lucky girl to be married to Jake and he is even more lucky to be married to you. I'm sad I missed out on the parade. I so will be there next year! (Especially to see you know who going for the candy... that story made my day.) And it's time to get you some good looking' tall frye jane cowboy boots! You deserve them! Yeehaw.
