Saturday Trip to Lowe's

On Saturday we needed to go to Lowe's for light bulbs and a few other things for the house. As we were driving to Lowe's Samantha kept saying "vroom, vroom," and talking about cars. I thought she was talking about the car's we kept passing on the road, but when we got there I then realized that she was talking about the shopping cart. Jake had taken Samantha to Lowe's the previous week, and she still remembered the shopping cart. She was so excited to be able to drive the "CARt". (Don't worry mom I scrubbed down the seat and the steering wheel as much as possible) This was defiantly Samantha's highlight of the week. She was so cute and so happy. And I was so happy that I happened to have my Carma in my purse to capture these memories at Lowe's.Samantha driving the cart.

My "Simple Pleasures"

There are many great and wonderful things in this world that I am so grateful for like, my house my car, technology and the list goes on and on, but I think its the simple things in life that truly mean the most, at least to me they do. Some of my "Simple Pleasures" are......having a Pajama day with my kids, not feeling like I have to get my self ready as well as Samantha and Cameron. Last week during a huge snow Storm Samantha Cameron and I ate Ice-cream for breakfast, jumped on my bed and hid under the covers from "the monster" that was coming up the stairs to get Sammie. We had a great day, we didn't accomplish anything, except for the pictures Sammie and I took of us.

...CHOCOLATE. I don't know why, but I truly can't go a day with out eating some sort of CHOCOLATE. But my absolute favorite would have to be Butterfingers. I love them and Jake knows that I love them and he is always surprising me with them.
...reading/nap time. I love a good book and I love that I can sit and read. I love that when Samantha and Cameron go down for there nap I can get caught up in a good book. There have been many sleepless nights, not because of crying babies, but because of a book I just can't put down.
...my family. Being a wife and a mother truly are "Simply Pleasureful."

Camerons Likes...

There are many wonderful things that Cameron "likes" and only one thing that he "dislikes". The things that Cameron "likes" are...
...sitting in his bumbo seat. He truly "likes" sitting up. While sitting in his bumbo his arms and legs truly don't stop moving, he would take flight if his fat legs weren't holding him down.
...bath time. Cameron is becoming quite the little fish. He "likes" to splash and kick.

...riding in the car. Cameron "likes" riding in the car as long as we don't stop.
...Cameron's one "dislike" is not being held. If you even start to put him down this is the face he pulls and then as soon as you pick him up he is all smiles and coos again. At least he "likes" to cuddle, I mean "loves" to cuddle. He just melts and snuggles right into your chest and under your chin and he can stay there for hours with out moving. I "love" having a snuggle bug.
These were just a few of of Cameron's "likes", I think the only thing I left out was that he "likes" to eat and sleep. And truly the only thing he doesn't not like is not being held, which means I don't get much done around the house, but I "like" having an excuse of being able to just sit and not feel bad.

Cameron Laughing!

Today while I was feeding Cameron Green Beans Samantha was sitting at the table helping me. I love too see the two of them look at each other. This video is of Samantha saying "BOO" to Cameron and Cameron just laughing up a storm. I can't believe that he is already this big. I love my two Angels so much. And I can't wait to see what best friends they will become as they both get bigger.

Girls night out.

Last Thursday night Mom, Aubrey, Lauren and I along with Maddi and Abbie all went to see the fun loving, energetic, keeps you laughing and singing musical "The Wizard of Oz" at Rodgers Memorial Theatre. It was a fun filled night with dinner from Chili's and then non stop laughter and singing at the musical. Thank you mom for making that night possible. I have been singing "If I Only Had A Brain" all weekend. Thanks to my sisters for coming up from Provo on a school night and coming down from Hooper also on a school night. And for bringing your sweet girls. I can still hear Abbie laughing at the Lion and Toto, yes they had a real dog play Toto. Shay and Erin we missed you. We wish you could have been there with us. Its like mom says, she feels like when she walks out the door to even go to work or seminary she feels like she needs to invite us all to come along with her because she never wants someone to feel left out. I love my sister and my mom, I truly am surrounded by the most wonderful Women and Friends anyone could want. They are so amazing you couldn't even possibly ask for better Friends, Sisters, or Mom. I love you all and know you would all do anything for me as I would for you, yes I would even give you my hair if you needed it.

Milk Bath.
